▸ HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ITEM?
I’ll be shipping it as soon as possible. That might take a few days, since I have to prepare the packaging to send it, and contact the shipping company. But that won't take longer than a week. I use urgent shipping with tracking, so once the item has been shipped it usually takes around 4-5 days worldwide. But sometimes it may take a little longer. So, after the order has been placed, calculate a maximum of 4 weeks, but it's likely that is gonna be less than that.
▸ WHY DO YOU NEED MY ID NUMBER?
If you're in the European Union I'll be needing your Id. number because for taxable income in Spain you have to create an invoice with the client information, and the ID is required.
▸ CUSTOMS HAS MY ORDER AND IS ASKING ME TO PAY A FEE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
I’m aware that this can happen in some countries outside from the European Union. I’m sorry if that happens. You're gonna have to pay any additional cost from custom clearance fees. Import charges vary widely depending on the price, type of item, and the destination country.
▸ WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM GETS LOST?
If an order gets lost due to an incorrect address or due to failure to pickup an item, any additional costs will be covered by the customer. If the item gets lost due to any other reason, the shipping company may be covering the entire price since I always use insurance. If that happens, I'll be creating a new similar piece and ship it to you as soon as possible.
▸ DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT PLANS?
If your painting is more expensive than 500€, payment plans are accepted. Your item will be shipped as soon as you finish paying it. If you’re interested in doing so, please contact me via the contact option.
Even if you own the physical piece, I still keep exclusive rights to make prints. The artwork cannot be incorporated to any product unless I grant permission to do so. Legal action may be taken if these terms are not followed.
